Bradley R. McGrew

Born in New Jersey, Brad moved to Austin just before his fourth birthday.  He attended Austin Public Schools and graduated from McCallum High School in 1970.  Brad has been practicing in Austin professionally for the past nine years. Starting with no clients, Brad now has over 400 individuals and over a 100 businesses that he provides services too.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980 and obtained his Masters of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas in 1982.  He has been a CPA for twenty-five years and has been in public practice since 1987.  He worked for four years as an internal auditor for Texas Instruments before starting his first firm in Lewisville, Texas.  After merging that firm into a larger Dallas firm in 1998, he worked in Colorado as a QuickBooks trainer and consultant for the next five years.

Brad returned to his native Austin in 2003 to be closer to family and established the current firm.  He specializes in taxes and restaurant accounting for the firm. Brad has an adult daughter living in Austin, Texas.

Steven P. Simmons

Steve was brought up in Los Angeles, California until his teenage years when he relocated to Austin, Texas with his family.  He was in the second graduating class of Westlake High School and went on to the University of Texas at Austin.  Steve has been licensed to practice public accounting in Texas for over twenty-five years.

Steve worked as an internal auditor for the University of Texas System for five years before joining a local company as a controller.  At this company, Steve got a wide variety of accounting experience.  After eighteen years with that company, the owner shut the company down due to poor health.  Having known Steve since high school, Brad asked Steve to join the firm.

Steve manages accounting services and payroll products for the firm.  Steve has been married for thirty years and has three adult daughters.
